Exchanges & Returns

At All Fashionista we understand that there is always risk when buying clothes, swimsuits, lingerie online. The item you purchased may not look the way you had hoped, or the wrong size may have been selected, or even you are just not 100% happy with the product.

 

To reduce that risk we offer a 30-Day Exchange period were you are able to exchange your purchase for any other product from our catalog for the same value or less. We are also happy for you to pay the difference for a more expensive product. We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with the product and service we provide. To be fair there are some standard rules we require with exchanges:

 

  • 1. We will allow you to exchange your purchase for any other product from our catalog at the same or less of value. Also, we will allow you to pay the difference between the originally purchased item and the new item if the new item is of greater value.
  • 2. The returned item must have all tags/ tickets still on item.
  • 3. The returned item must not be worn or washed or soiled in anyway.
  • 4. We will not accept items that have an odor or smell in anyway.
  • 5. We will allow items to be exchanged within 30 days from the purchased date.
  • 6. When returning an item, the shipping cost is at your own expense. This also includes the cost of postage to resend the new item. However, if we shipped the wrong item to you, postage will be at All Fashionista’s expense.
  • 7. We cannot return underwear or g-strings unless they are unopened in their original packaging.
  • 8. We will only refund a purchase if the item was faulty or the wrong item was shipped.

 

How to proceed with an Exchange

 

Please contact us via our Contact Us form. We will then email you our Exchange Form to complete. Fill out the details and return the Exchange Form to us with your garment.
